Lynn informed the group that she had found a new family practice physician in town who is very tuned in to celiac disease. Her name is Patricia Clarke and she is accepting new patients.

Jeanette mentioned that the campus food service is adding a station in the main cafeteria that is intended to help meet the needs of people with food allergies. The station will feature only foods that do not contain ingredients such as dairy, nuts, gluten, eggs, fish, etc.

Lynn reminded us about a website that she has found helpful: glutenfreedrugs.com. She has even referred her doctor to this site when a new medication had been prescribed.

Lynn also indicated that she is interested in doing a presentation for the Mt. Hope Gluten Free Fair in Cottonwood in September.
