At the August meeting a new member asked for advice on where to eat gluten-free in Flagstaff and where to shop for gluten-free foods. Restaurants mentioned included Buster's (ask for the gluten-free menu), Brandy's for dinner only (specify gluten-free), and Picazzo's (specify gluten-free). The following grocery stores carry a selection of gluten-free items: Fry's, New Frontiers, Basha's on the hill, and Albertsons. They all carry different products, so you have to shop around if you're looking for something specific. Amazon.com carries gluten-free products at lower than store prices and the items are delivered to your door.
