We sampled products from the Gluten Free Creations Bakery in Phoenix. We tried their Plain Jane donuts, which, in addition to being gluten-free, also contain no dairy, corn, soy, or yeast ingredients. The Everything Bagels that we sampled also contained no dairy, egg, corn, or soy ingredients. We also tasted the Herb Loaf bread which contained basil and garlic but no egg and dairy. All were delicious.

Jeanette shared the product and price list with the group and mentioned that the Bakery is happy to ship their products for a very reasonable flat shipping charge. The people who run the bakery are interested in finding a store in Flagstaff that will distribute their products and provided some cards that we could give to store managers requesting their fresh gluten-free bakery products.

The Gluten Free Creations Bakery provides bread for Pugzie's Sandwich Shoppe (4700 N. 16 Street in Phoenix). They will prepare any sandwich on the menu with gluten-free bread. They also know which of their side dishes and condiments are gluten-free. Pugzie's is open Monday-Friday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
